中課題糖鎖認識受容体シグナルによる自然免疫賦活機構の解析
摘要Dectin-1欠損によりみられるAPCMinマウスの腸管ポリープ形成増加は,これまでにDectin-1シグナルとの関連が知られていない未知の因子が関与することを見出した。また,食餌成分および腸内細菌に由来するBGは必須ではないことを明らかにした。病原性大腸菌感染モデルの系では,Dectin-1の欠損は病原性大腸菌感染防御に影響をおよぼさないことを明らかにした。また,Dectin-1アンタゴニストであるラミナリンの摂取によりDSS誘導大腸炎を抑制可能であることを明らかにした。
