中課題光合成炭酸固定酵素Rubisco量の適量化
摘要北方冷涼下および高CO2環境でのCO2固定酵素Rubisco量の適量化を図り、イネの光合成機能の向上を目的とした。Rubisco過剰生産イネは、低温と低CO2環境下でバイオマス増産と吸収窒素の増加が認められた。Rubiscoの核遺伝子RBCSの4分子種別個別発現抑制系統はすべて、高CO2環境での光合成の窒素利用効率がすべて上がった。
